What Our Guest Have to Say
November 2018 visit
First time at the Venice Beach Villas, will almost certainly try to be back there next year - so that must be a recommendation in itself. Well fitted out and comfortable. Walking distance of many restaurants and shops and the beach. Good creperie nearby for breakfast Short car ride to the pier and Fins at Sharky's - great restaurant to watch the sun go down - and the Crow's Rest Marina and nearby jetties. Very helpful staff. Easy parking within the villas space or on the road. [Only downside for us (and the locals), was this year's extensive Venice Avenue roadworks - but they will be completed before 2018 finishes.]

We enjoyed our stay so much that we hesitate to rave about the Villa for fear it will be overbooked the next time we want to come. Immaculate accommodations. Pool is magnificent. So near town and beach..I couldn't have asked for more.
#1 Place to stay in Venice FL
My husband and I stayed ther in April 2018 and book the same room for the following year. We had the best time and the staff was great. The villa's were close to everything. I am counting down the days until our next visit. See you in April 2019. Jon and Sandy Drees
