“Holiday rates” are offered during the following holidays:
- Memorial weekend
- 4th of July
- Labor Day weekend
- Thanksgiving weekend
Minimum stays may be imposed during high-demand periods.
Tax: A 13% room tax is not included in shown rates.
Deposit required for a reservation: A 20% or one-night deposit, whichever is greater, is required, plus an additional 20% for one-month reservations.
Cancellation: A 90-day notice is required for a full deposit refund less a $25 admin fee for the high season. A 30-day notice is required for a full deposit refund less a $25 admin fee for the low season, making note that our high season is Dec 23rd to April 15th and our Low season is April 16th to Dec 22nd. No-shows will be charged for the entire stay.
You are responsible for payment of all days reserved whether you arrive late or leave earlier than the reservation dates. This includes Red Tide and Inclement Weather. If you need a flexible schedule we are not the accommodation for that situation.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING.
No refund for Red Tide.
Hurricanes: In the case of a “hurricane warning” being issued for Venice, we will waive the 30-day notice of cancellation and refund your deposit.
Maximum occupancy:
- Efficiency and studios: 2 people
- One-bedrooms: 2 adults and 2 small children
- Large One-bedrooms; 2 adults and 2 small children
- Small two-bedroom: 4 adults
- Standard two-bedroom: 5 adults
- Large two-bedroom: 5 adults
